Administration
The Administration for Information Systems optimizes resources for secure tech services to the County, handling budgeting, financial tracking, and strategic planning while monitoring performance metrics.
Database
Our DBA team manages, optimizes, and secures databases, focusing on design, backup, recovery, and performance to ensure the County's data needs are met efficiently and securely.
GIS
The GIS Division delivers location-based insights through advanced mapping, enabling dynamic visualization, spatial analysis, and improved decision-making for county departments and stakeholders.
Law Enforcement
The Law Enforcement Division specializes in software for the Sheriff's Office, managing systems like Spillman 911 and other key software for emergency response and jail management.
Operations
The Operations Division maintains the County's IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, and the Help Desk offers technical support to over 1,500 employees, managing service requests.
Programming
The Programming Division develops custom software to enhance county services and efficiency and integrates third-party applications. Additionally, they manage Utah County's web presence.
