Utah County's Tax Parcels are constantly being updated by the tireless work of both the Recorder's and Assessor's Offices.  This data is uploaded every night so that fresh data is ready to be downloaded the next day. The Tax Parcel data combines the parcel line work that is done by the Recorder's Office with parcel and improvement details gathered by the Assessor's Office.

These building footprints are input using heads-up digitizing with our latest aerial imagery in the background for reference, by the Utah County GIS Division.  Care has been taken to ensure that the data is correct.  However, if you notice something that should be fixed, please inform our helpdesk.

These are polygons of planning zones in Utah County. Please note, this represents the zoning of the un-incorporated portions of Utah County. For zoning of areas within an incorporated city, you are advised to contact the city in question and request a copy of their data. The points represent the location of site addresses as assigned or observed in the field by GIS Division Staff. Where possible, the Address Point is positioned within the building that receives mail or other services. This feature class is designed to be related to the alternate address table in order to account for situations where more than one address is assigned to a single location. The alternate address table must be downloaded separately.

These polygons represent the extent and area of the incorporated municipal areas in Utah County. This data is kept up-to-date by the GIS Division. As new annexations are recorded at the county, a copy of the annexation is passed along to Utah County Public Works. This information is put into our GIS. That data is then uploaded and made ready for download.

Line segments representing centerlines of all roadways or carriageways in the vicinity of Utah County, this includes roads within incorporated municipalities. Typically, this information is compiled from orthoimagery or other aerial photography sources. This representation of the road centerlines supports address geocoding and mapping. It also serves as a source for public works and other agencies that are responsible for the active management of the road network. Data schema reflects ESRI's Local Government Data Model with additional fields pertinent for local Utah County processes and applications.
